Administrative / Personnel Committee
The Administrative/Personnel Committee shall be responsible for the updating of the Code of Ordinances and obtaining legal opinions necessary for the orderly operation of the Village.

Board of Zoning Appeals
Board of Zoning Appeals shall adopt rules in accordance with the provisions of any ordinance adopted pursuant to this section.

Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee enforces the provisions of the ethics code. It shall develop and adopt reasonable rules of procedure consistent with the ethics code.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee shall be responsible for the investment of Village funds.

Park Development Committee
The Parks Development Committee shall prepare long range plans and documents relating to park development and submit the same to the Public Works Committee for review.

Plan Commission
The Plan Commission shall make and adopt a master plan for the physical development of the village.

Police & Fire Commission
The Police and Fire Commission functions to organize and supervise the fire and police departments and to prescribe rules and regulations for their control and management.

Public Works Committee
The Public Works Committee shall be responsible for the construction and maintenance of all Village streets and sidewalks, the preparation and letting of bids for all authorized public works construction, the preparation of proposals for authorized equipment purchases, and more.

Water / Wastewater Utility Committee
The Water and Wastewater Utility Committee shall work with the Water System Manager and the Wastewater System Manager regarding operations and management of the Utilities and shall make recommendations to the Village Board.

Springville Pond Management Committee
The Springville Pond Management Committee consists of seven members, including the Chairperson of the Public Works Committee, one Trustee of the Village Board and five property owners whose parcels abut Springville Pond appointed by the Village President for staggered five-year terms and confirmed by the Village Board. The Springville Pond Management Committee shall make recommendations to the Public Works Committee for cost-effective pond management in Springville Pond.

Plover Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (PACVB)
Plover Area Convention and Visitors Bureau is a combination of the Village of Plover and the Town of Plover Tourism organization. They meet every month.
